Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Europe Education Counselor to guide students in pursuing higher education opportunities across European countries such as Germany, Ireland, and other EU nations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling students, managing applications, and ensuring a smooth admission and visa process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in Europe (Germany, Ireland, etc.)
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities
- Assist students with university selection, applications, SOPs, and documentation
- Provide accurate guidance on visa processes, financial requirements, and eligibility
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and convert leads into enrollments
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams for application processing
- Stay updated with European education policies, admission criteria, and visa rules
- Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets
- Maintain records of student interactions and application progress
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in overseas education counseling (Europe preferred)
- Strong knowledge of European countries’ admission and visa processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple student cases simultaneously
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
