</div><div><strong><br>About the Position</strong></div><div>We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as <strong>After School Pickleball Coaches</strong>. You’ll teach fun, beginner-friendly Pickleball/Tennis sessions for elementary school students (Grades K–5) at various school sites around the Bay Area.<br><br>
</div><div>Our programs are held <strong>Monday to Friday between 1PM and 5PM</strong>, and you would typically teach <strong>one class per day (about one hour)</strong>, with a possible <strong>extra 30 minutes of pre-care</strong>.<br>These sessions focus on creating a <strong>fun and energetic environment</strong> for younger, beginner-level children.</div><div>The pay ranges from <strong>$50–$65 per session</strong>, and <strong>all equipment is provided</strong> by us.<br><br><br>
</div><div>If you’d like to work on weekends; we have Tennis Clinics! </div><div>For our <strong>weekend tennis classes</strong>, pay is <strong>$18–$24 per hour</strong>, with <strong>2–4 hours of work</strong>, depending on your tennis skills and class level.<br><br>
</div><div><strong><br> Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Teach Pickleball classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.</li>
<li>Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.</li>
<li>Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.</li>
<li>Equipment (provided by the company). (Coach should have reliable transportation)</li>
<li>Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.</li>
<li>Capture a few class photos for documentation.<br><br>

</ul><div><strong><br>Requirements</strong></div><ul>
<li>Must be at least <strong>19 years old</strong>.</li>
<li>Previous Pickleball teaching or playing experience preferred (but not required).</li>
<li>
<strong>USPTA/PTR certification</strong> is a plus.</li>
<li>Enjoy working with kids; patient, enthusiastic, and reliable.</li>
<li>Good communication and class management skills.</li>
<li>Must have <strong>reliable transportation</strong> around the East Bay and Peninsula.</li>
<li>Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a <strong>TB test and Live Scan</strong> background check before starting work.</li>
<li>Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.</li>
<li>Must have valid work permit to work in USA <br><br>

</ul><div>Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work. <br><br>
