We are looking for a strategic, creative, and highly hands-on Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of a a high-end brand specializing in culinary equipment.

This is an on-site role based in Maryland, ideal for someone who is not only strategic but also deeply involved in content creation; from shooting to editing and publishing. You will play a key role in bringing the brand to life through visually compelling, high-quality content.

You will work directly with the Marketing Director and Sales team, with strong ownership over both strategy and execution.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, growth).

· Plan and manage the content calendar across platforms.

· Create content on-site: shoot photo and video (products, events, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, brand storytelling).

· Edit and produce content for social platforms (Reels, short-form video, static, etc.).

· Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand output.

· Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.

· Identify trends, formats, and opportunities within the culinary, hospitality, and lifestyle space.

· Ensure brand consistency and elevate brand perception across all channels.

Profile:

· Proven experience in social media management with a strong balance of strategy and hands-on content creation.

· Strong skills in photography, video production, and editing (mobile and/or professional equipment).

· Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).

· Strong visual eye and understanding of premium branding.

· Comfortable working on-site and actively producing content.

· Ability to translate business goals into content that drives results.

· Knowledge of paid media (Meta Ads; LinkedIn Ads is a plus).

· Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.

· Strong communication skills.
