Accounts and Finance Controller

Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, and cash flow tracking. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports for management review. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including accurate computation, return filing, and timely payments. Assist in UAE Corporate Tax filing, maintaining proper documentation and compliance with FTA regulations. Coordinate with banks for LC/trade finance documentation and related accounting. Manage inventory costing, landed cost calculations, and margin analysis in coordination with procurement and logistics teams. Monitor receivables, follow up on collections, and maintain accurate customer/vendor ledgers. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis to support decision-making. Support external audits with timely submission of required data and clarifications. Identify opportunities to automate reports and improve financial processes.
