Varied shift Monday thru Sunday
The Heavy Duty Cleaner’s primary role is to maintain, clean, and sanitize the kitchen areas of the various restaurant outlets of the property as assigned.
Summary
- Responsible for inventory control for food-related equipment including kitchen equipment and appliances, utensils, dishware, glassware, flatware, etc.
- Prepare all serving equipment for buffets under direction of banquet or executive chef
- Supervise dishwashers and store room staff
- Assists in cleaning or food preparation as needed
- Maintain freshness of hot and cold food
- Monitor food levels and direct staff to refill as needed
- Keep work area in compliance with health regulation and department procedures
- All other duties as assigned
