We’re looking for professional Event Servers to deliver high-quality food and beverage service during concerts, banquets, VIP events, and special occasions at The Brook. In this role, you’ll provide attentive guest service while helping ensure events run smoothly from setup through final service.

What You’ll Do
Provide friendly, professional food and beverage service during events
Set up event spaces including tables, linens, place settings, and buffet stations
Serve meals and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards
Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests
Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout the event
What We’re Looking For
Experience in banquet, catering, or restaurant service preferred
Strong guest service and communication skills
Ability to carry trays and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and team-focused mindset
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
