QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the below essential duties satisfactorily:
* Must be able to operate dish machine and cleaning equipment safely
* Must be able to lift, push, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
* Clean appearance and neat attire required
* Pleasant demeanor with co-workers is a must
* Requires the ability to follow directions from Supervisors and Management
* Requires the ability to work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Willingness and ability to learn technical cleaning and sanitation skills
* Ability to multitask and complete assignments in a timely manner
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience a plus, but not required
AGE AND CERTIFICATIONS
18 years of age or above
Ability to obtain a Health Card
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and understand a variety of instructions in English
Fluency in English required. Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic math skills (able to count, measure, and record inventory as needed)
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense judgement to complete a variety of tasks
