Eulerity is a rapidly growing technology company providing marketing automation technology to small businesses and franchises. Our industry-recognized proprietary software solution supports the creation, execution, and analysis of paid marketing across all major digital channels including Google Search, Social Media (Facebook / Instagram), Display, & Video.

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of product strategies, and support day-to-day product management activities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and stakeholders to drive the roadmap, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain product roadmaps and feature backlogs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize features based on market demands, customer feedback, and business priorities.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable plans, providing clear guidance on technical specifications and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Act as a bridge between various teams, fostering communication, and alignment to ensure smooth execution and delivery of platform functionalities.
  • Lead and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and industry best practices, incorporating new tools and methodologies to enhance backend product development.

Requirements

  • Based in the NYC tri-state area and can commute to the NYC Midtown office 4x/week.
  • Proven 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of full-stack technologies, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, agile methodologies, and product management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Leadership abilities to inspire, motivate, and drive teams towards successful product outcomes.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our companyโ€™s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, perks and other opportunities at Eulerity. The expected range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
