About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our core team in Bangalore. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving infrastructure and scalability challenges, and wants to work closely with product and engineering teams to shape how enterprise software is built and delivered.

You’ll be instrumental in scaling the infrastructure that powers our next-gen legal operations platform—used by top enterprises to simplify compliance, automate workflows, and drive efficiency across legal teams.

What You’ll Do

1. Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines
2. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for high availability and performance
3. Monitor system health, performance, and cost efficiency using modern observability tools
4. Implement infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
5. Ensure security best practices across environments, from access controls to vulnerability management
6. Work closely with backend, frontend, and QA teams to streamline deployment and incident response
7. Automate routine operational tasks and build self-healing systems wherever possible

What We’re Looking For

1. 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles
2. Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and orchestration tools
3. Strong grasp of CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
4. Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar)
   
   
5. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and configuration management systems
6. Proven track record of improving system uptime, deployment speed, and developer productivity
7. Passion for automation, security, and system scalability

Nice to Have

1. Experience in enterprise SaaS or legaltech platforms
2. Familiarity with zero-downtime deployments and blue-green / canary releases
3. Exposure to monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, etc.)
4. Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in infrastructure (SOC2, ISO27001, etc.)
