Description
Amazon seeks a creative, data-driven, and experienced Senior Program Manager to join the EU FBA Support Operations team to build and scale our Voice of Seller (VoS) program. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Amazon understands and acts on seller feedback — transforming raw signals from millions of contacts into resolved issues that improve the experience for millions of sellers.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of our seller intelligence ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy to identify systemic pain points, design solutions, and drive cross-organizational accountability for resolution. The program is transforming from a manual mechanism into an AI-powered insights platform — you'll architect what comes next.
You will work independently with senior leadership visibility, driving complex initiatives that span multiple organizations. This role requires someone who can think big, connect disparate insights, and build programs from concept through to scaled impact.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end VoS ecosystem: from insight capture to resolution tracking, ensuring identified issue have owners, deadlines, and a path to closure
- Drive cross-organizational accountability — partner with Business, Product, Policy, and Operations leaders to resolve high-impact seller issues, not just surface them
- Scale the program through AI/automation: work with technical teams to build tools that extract insights from seller contacts at scale
- Establish and run mechanisms that create organizational rhythm and visibility into seller experience trends
- Communicate strategy and results to senior leadership through compelling narratives and business cases
- Navigate ambiguity and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
About The Team
Today, more than 60% of worldwide purchases from Amazon are made from third-party selling partners, mostly from small- and medium-sized businesses. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) enables these businesses to hand over the heavy lifting of warehousing, payment processing, delivery, returns, and customer service to Amazon.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
