Project Manager

The Project Manager for ERP Projects will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to delivery, ensuring that all project goals are met within the set timelines and budget. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from start to finish
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resources, and milestones
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and ensure timely project delivery
• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication between all parties involved
• Monitor and report project progress
• Provide guidance and leadership to the project team
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
  
  

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, particularly with ERP implementations
• Strong knowledge of ERP modules and functionality
• Project management certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Prince2
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
  

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Odoo’s technical aspects (e.g., customization, integration, and configuration)
• Familiarity with ERP solutions like Odoo
• Experience in managing international or multi-site projects
• Knowledge of change management and business process reengineering
