Senior Software Engineer I, Seller Service

This role will be focused on improving the customer service experience and convos infrastructure that enable Etsy to deliver efficient, high-quality, and scalable support to our buyers. The team for this role is an established squad at Etsy. Our mission is to provide accurate information, and satisfactory, prompt resolutions to members when they reach support or sellers in order to deliver positive and consistent outcomes for our customers and the greater Etsy community. All the members of this squad are experienced engineers at Etsy that will support you in your onboarding. This is a full-time position reporting to the Engineering Manager, Seller Service. This role requires your presence in Etsy's Dublin office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. Working collaboratively with multiple engineers at a range of levels to support you in gaining critical onboarding about how Etsy designs and writes software. Working closely with stakeholders to improve existing processes by optimizing existing internal tools or/and creating new ones. Continuously learn from your teammates and share your own insights with them. Push code to production early and often using our continuous deployment systems.
