Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Gurugram for the position of ETS Head – Delhi NCR. The selected candidate will oversee the profit center operations for Employee Transportation Services, ensuring efficient management of resources and services. The role entails strategic planning, team leadership, operational excellence, client relationship management, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ETS Head will also be responsible for achieving financial targets, optimizing fleet operations, and fostering a customer-centric approach in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Fleet Management and Employee Transportation Services
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Solid understanding of operational processes, logistics, and performance optimization
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and achieving profit targets
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within the transportation and facility management sectors
• Ability to navigate complex challenges and drive continuous improvement
• Relevant industry certifications or a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or related fields is advantageous
