We are looking for a hands-on ETP Manager who can independently manage and stabilize our treatment plant.
Candidate must have trong practical knowledge of:
• MLSS control and sludge settling improvement
• Biological system stabilization (floc formation, SVI control)
• Membrane operation (UF/MBR), including low flow and fouling issues
• Proper CIP execution (acid + alkali cleaning)
• COD/BOD reduction and reuse water quality improvement
The person should be able to diagnose real plant problems such as:
• Weak or non-settling MLSS
• Hazy permeate water
• Membrane choking and low flow
• Process imbalance due to load variation
We are not looking for only a chemical dosing operator — we need someone who can understand and solve problems at process level.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in ETP operation
Industry preference: Food / Agro / FMCG
