Role Description
The ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) Operator will oversee the daily operations of the Effluent Treatment Plant at Pharvinex Group's facility in Kota, Rajasthan. Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling equipment, managing water treatment processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining accurate records of operations. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring hands-on management of the plant's operations and collaboration with the team to ensure optimal functionality and environmental compliance.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Effluent Treatment Plant operations, wastewater management, and operating treatment equipment efficiently
- Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance standards relevant to wastewater and effluent treatment
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment and process issues effectively
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and supervisors
- Attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping and process monitoring
- Prior experience in wastewater or effluent treatment operations will be an added advantage
- Diploma or certification in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
