Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ETP Operator role based at the Rajasthan Antibiotics Ltd. facility in Mavli. The ETP Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring the effluent treatment plant to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient treatment of industrial wastewater. Day-to-day tasks include starting and stopping equipment, adjusting process parameters, recording operational data, and conducting routine checks to maintain water quality standards as per regulatory guidelines. The role involves coordinating with production and quality teams, performing minor preventive maintenance, reporting abnormalities or breakdowns, and following safety, environmental, and housekeeping protocols in the plant area.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in plant operations and quality control, with the ability to monitor treatment processes and maintain compliance with environmental norms.
- Candidates should possess machine operation and basic maintenance skills, including routine inspection, minor repairs, and safe handling of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Candidates should possess forklift operation or material handling skills, ensuring safe movement of chemicals, consumables, and equipment within the plant.
- Relevant technical qualification such as ITI, Diploma, or certificate in chemical, mechanical, or environmental engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial effluent treatment processes, safety standards, and environmental regulations will be beneficial.
- Ability to work in shifts, follow standard operating procedures, maintain clear documentation, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
