Job Title: ETL Tester / Automation QE

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled
ETL Tester / Automation Quality Engineer with strong expertise in
ETL testing, SQL, Python, and automation frameworks (Robot Framework preferred). The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and building automated testing solutions for large-scale data systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Robot Framework.
- Validate data quality, data integrity, and data completeness across multiple systems.
- Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test strategies for data pipelines.
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Developers, and Business Analysts to understand requirements.
- Identify data issues, perform root cause analysis, and track defects.
- Ensure end-to-end testing including regression, functional, and integration testing.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and automate testing workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ETL Testing / Data Testing.
- Expertise in SQL (joins, aggregations, complex queries).
- Hands-on experience with Python for test automation.
- Experience with Robot Framework or any automation testing tools.
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schema).
- Experience with data validation techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands.
