Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned ETL QA Professional with 7-10 years of experience in quality assurance for data integration and automation projects. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance optimization of enterprise data pipelines, particularly in AWS-based environments. The ETL QA function is critical in safeguarding the integrity of data transformations and automated workflows, enabling seamless information flow across systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand ETL workflows and business requirements.
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies to validate data accuracy, completeness, and performance across automated pipelines.
- Oversee QA processes for AWS-hosted ETL solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability in production environments.
- Identify and document data quality issues, working closely with teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Contribute to automation frameworks that streamline regression, performance, and integration testing for ETL jobs.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and security standards throughout QA activities.
