Job Title: ETL Developer

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled ETL Developer with strong experience in building and managing data pipelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in GCP, SQL, and Python, along with a good understanding of modern data architectures like Medallion Architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
- Build and optimize data pipelines on GCP (Dataflow, BigQuery, etc.)
- Work with large datasets using SQL and Python
- Implement data processing workflows for batch and streaming data
- Apply Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) for data modeling
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing pipelines for performance and reliability
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders for business requirements
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in ETL / Data Engineering
- Strong expertise in GCP (Dataflow, BigQuery, IAM, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience in building ETL pipelines
- Good understanding of data modeling concepts
- Experience with CI/CD practices
Preferred Skills
- Experience with streaming or real-time data pipelines
- Knowledge of Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses
- Exposure to on-premise to cloud data migration
- Understanding of middleware or data integration systems
