About the Role
We’re looking for smart, curious minds — quick learners and go‑getters who thrive on figuring out solutions and turning challenges into opportunities. You will be involved in ETL and data integration projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions. In addition, you will contribute to Agentic AI initiatives, supporting intelligent automation and next-generation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize data integration workflows, ETL pipelines, and data migration processes
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using tools like SSIS, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow between multiple systems
- Work extensively with SSMS and SQL Server for database development, query optimization, and data management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and automate ETL jobs, data validation checks, and error-handling mechanisms to ensure data integrity
- Manage and maintain data warehouses, supporting reporting and analytics use cases
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes for large datasets
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ETL solutions in production environments
- Participate in project planning, testing, UAT, and deployment activities
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for ETL processes and data mappings
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and data quality standard.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in building and maintaining ETL pipelines and data workflows
- Hands-on experience with SSIS for ETL development
- Strong proficiency in SSMS and SQL Server
- Solid understanding of data validation, error handling, and data integrity principles
- Experience in data warehousing concepts and supporting reporting/analytics
- Strong experience in performance tuning and optimization for large datasets
- Exposure to Agentic AI / AI-driven applications / automation projects
- Basic proficiency in Python, APIs, or scripting
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Quick learner and go-getter in figuring out the solution.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ETL development, data integration, and data warehousing.
