JD :-
- Exception requests (USB, anti-virus, Zscaler): validate requests, provide feedback to requestors, and complete related administration.
- Access requests (privileged access, conditional access): validate requests, provide feedback to requestors, and complete related administration.
- Security assessments (firewall rule requests): validate submissions, engage requestors for clarification and resolution, then summarise and hand over for further processing.
Profile: junior or mid-level information security consultant, able to assess requests against security policies and standard operating procedures, propose remediation for observed non-compliances, and manage stakeholders effectively.
