About The Opportunity
A growing firm in the IT Services & Data Integration sector focused on enterprise data warehousing, analytics, and systems integration is hiring a senior-level ETL developer. This role supports large-scale data pipelines, batch and near-real-time integrations, and analytics-ready data models for customers across finance, retail, and SaaS domains. Remote-first role open to candidates across India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines and mappings to ingest, transform, and load data from heterogeneous sources into data warehouses.
- Perform ETL performance tuning and query optimization to meet SLAs and reduce batch windows.
- Build reusable mappings, workflows, and parameterized jobs; implement error handling and recovery patterns.
- Collaborate with data architects and BI teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and data models.
- Automate deployment, scheduling and monitoring of ETL jobs using scheduling tools and CI/CD pipelines; troubleshoot production incidents.
- Create technical documentation, data lineage artifacts, and participate in code reviews and knowledge transfer sessions.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development and data warehousing implementations.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise ETL solutions for analytics or reporting applications.
