HR Specialist

Purpose The HR Specialist is responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of various human resources initiatives, programs, and events that enhance employee engagement, professional development, and organizational culture. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that HR activities align with the company's strategic goals and support the overall employee experience. Accountabilities - Implement and coordinate HR activities that support employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and wellness initiatives. - Organize and coordinate HR events such as employee recognition ceremonies, team-building activities, sport events, training sessions and other company events. - Develop and execute communication plans to promote HR activities and events internally. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR activities and events through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics. - Prepare documents, reports and presentations to share insights with HR leadership and stakeholders. - Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
