Product Owner

This Technical Product Owner sits in the Aquire to Pay value stream and is accountable for Strategic Pricing, Demand Forecasting, Revenue Optimization, Ancillaries & Network Planning Systems and other emerging technologies across Offer Management Portfolio. While accountable for agile development, much of the development work is waterfall and should be managed accordingly. This role reports to the Senior Portfolio Manager, Offer Systems. The Technical Product Owner is responsible for managing the end-to-end product development process from defining desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable products to launching them and ensuring they continuously meet customers' needs. This role will own the strategy, vision and roadmap for products within the value stream. They will support the Release Train Engineers in delivering value to customers. This role will have a customer-centric mindset and act as the internal representative of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. They will leverage market and customer research to continuously understand market and customer needs.
