About the role

To lead and manage internal communications across Etihad Airways' Operations Division, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging that connects frontline employees to the company's vision, values, and strategic priorities. This role is central to shaping the employee experience through effective communication planning, content creation, and leadership visibility. The candidate, will also spearhead the planning and execution of internal events, including town halls, large-scale activations, and employee engagement initiatives. These events serve as key enablers of two-way communication, organisational alignment, and leadership connection with staff. The ideal candidate will be a confident, proactive communicator capable of managing diverse and often urgent stakeholder demands while maintaining strategic clarity and impact.
