About the role

The Manager HR Data, Reporting and Analytics will be a member of the HR Analytics team and will support multiple HR groups to connect and correlate data points from the different systems to draw workforce insights, identify automation opportunities, and decision-making by designing remarkedly thoughtful HR digital decision support tools. The position requires strong data wrangling and problem-solving skills, together with project management and agile methodologies experience to enable data-driven decisions about talent. You will be the data and analytics champion and trusted advisor for all HR analytics initiatives in this role. In addition, you will own and manage multiple data initiatives and projects both on an on-going and an ad-hoc basis; and will also play a leadership role in enhancing data literacy within the wider HR team.
