Customer Service Specialist - In-Flight Performance & Operations JOB SUMMARY: As a Customer Service Specialist within the In-Flight Performance & Operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued Etihad Airways guests. Your primary duties will include assisting passengers with various requests, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers. You will be the key point of contact for our guests, working closely with the in-flight crew and other departments to address their needs and concerns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide excellent customer service to Etihad Airways guests, both on board and at the airport - Assist passengers with a variety of requests, including seat changes, special meal orders, and other inflight needs - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the in-flight crew and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions - Proactively identify and address any potential service-related problems - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in other languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, etc.) a plus - Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Passionate about the aviation industry and committed to delivering a world-class customer experience
