About the Role: In this role you will join Ethos Technology Teams and you will be assigned an appropriate opportunity in our software development teams. You will be provided the necessary training to be effective at applying your strong software engineering fundamentals to building world class products and driving impact for Ethos and helping us protect the next million families!” Roles and Responsibilities: Design, code and launch new product features for Ethos’ customers and partners. Test and validate product features. Participate in various Engineering forums at Ethos and share knowledge with cross geography technology organizations. Perform other duties as assigned by the engineering team. Qualifications and skills: 2024 or 2025 Computer Science, Electronics / Electrical or IT graduate from an accredited and prestigious institution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong software development skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices. Good understanding of web development fundamentals using modern web development frameworks. Good understanding of frontend frameworks like React, React Native and Angular. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude Good to have: Paper presentations in prestigious conferences. Open source contributions. Internship experience in product development companies.
