In this role, you will proactively source top talent, build robust candidate pools across skill and specialty, manage our recruiting platform, and execute multi-faceted nurturing campaigns to keep candidates engaged and ready for placement when opportunities become available. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, relationship-driven environment, excels at outbound sourcing, and uses data-driven tools to maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and Optimize the recruiting platform: Run our sourcing and applicant tracking platform, leveraging AI-powered sourcing, candidate rediscovery, matching, engagement, and analytics features to identify, contact, and track candidates efficiently. Configure searches, build Boolean strings, utilize open web sourcing, and automate workflows to maximize platform ROI.
- Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Source high-quality active and passive candidates through our recruiting platform, LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other channels to fill current openings and build pipelines for future needs. Develop targeted sourcing strategies based on skill requirements, industry trends, and customer/client demands.
- Build and Manage Candidate Pools: Create and maintain segmented talent pools for critical roles, skills, and customer verticals (e.g., by expertise, location, experience level). Regularly update and cleanse candidate databases to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Candidate Nurturing & Engagement Campaigns: Execute and maintain multi-channel nurturing campaigns (email drips, personalized outreach, SMS, calls) via our recruiting platform engagement tools to keep candidates warm and interested over extended periods. Track engagement metrics and adjust campaigns to maintain high levels of candidate interest until a suitable role opens.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Support: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, assess fit, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, offer processes, and onboarding as needed. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles.
- Pipeline Management & Reporting: Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness using the recruiting platform analytics and other tools. Generate reports on candidate pool strength, nurturing campaign performance, and recruitment metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate impact.
- Compliance & Best Practices Ensure all recruiting activities comply with relevant employment laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in sourcing and engagement efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of staffing agency, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), high-volume corporate TA, or similar environment where proactive pipeline building and candidate nurturing were key.
- Proven expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or other AI sourcing/CRM tools for outbound sourcing, engagement automation, and pipeline management.
- Strong understanding of candidate nurturing strategies, drip campaigns, and relationship management to keep passive talent engaged long-term.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly via email, phone, and video.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics and optimizing processes.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM integration, Boolean searching, and multi-channel outreach.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Bilingual English-Spanish helpful.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction, project management, specialized technical labor services recruiting
- Knowledge of staffing agency models, including client-facing placement dynamics.
- Certification in recruiting (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar) is a plus.
Work Environment
Primarily in an office environment, to enhance collaboration. A hybrid schedule with remote work may be available.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the proactive, outbound nature of agency recruiting but within a company setting—focusing on long-term talent relationships rather than just filling immediate roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000 to $90,000 per year. Additional Bonus per placement may increase compensation up to $115,000 per year
