Desired Qualification & Experience: 8+ Years

Locations: Bangalore

Corporate Outreach & Relationship Management

● Identify and connect with potential recruiters, hiring partners, and industry stakeholders.
● Build and maintain professional relationships with HR teams and recruitment partners.
 ● Support the expansion of corporate networks and placement opportunities.

Placement Coordination

● Coordinate placement drives, interviews, recruitment events, and hiring activities.
● Schedule and manage interactions between recruiters and students.
 ● Ensure smooth communication and coordination during placement processes.

Student Engagement & Support

● Assist students with placement-related activities including resume reviews and interview coordination.
● Coordinate with training and academic teams to ensure student readiness.
● Support employability initiatives and career guidance programs.

Data Management & Reporting

● Maintain recruiter databases, placement records, and activity trackers.
 ● Prepare reports related to placements, recruiter engagement, and student outcomes.
● Track placement performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.

Market Research & Industry Trends

● Stay updated on hiring trends, recruitment practices, and industry requirements.
● Identify new opportunities for recruiter engagement and placement expansion.
● Conduct market research to support departmental strategies.

Internal Coordination & Operations

● Work closely with internal teams for successful execution of placement activities.
● Ensure timely communication, documentation, and follow-up with stakeholders.
● Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
● Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

● 6–9 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations, Placement Coordination, Recruitment, or Business Development.
● Experience in the Education, Training, or IT sector will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Good relationship-building and coordination abilities. ● Understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices. ● Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools. ● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
