About Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect (.Net with React/Nodejs) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Exp : 10+ Years
Job Location : Vadodara
Office Hours : 09 : 30 am to 7 pm
Roles And Responsibilities
Solution Design & Client Engagement :
- Design comprehensive end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business objectives and quality standards
- Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops with client stakeholders
- Present architectural proposals and recommendations to C-level executives and technical teams
- Create detailed architecture documentation including system diagrams, integration patterns, and technical specifications
Technical Leadership & Delivery
- Define and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across projects
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide expert guidance to development teams throughout project lifecycles
- Mentor development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning
- Lead proof-of-concept development to validate architectural decisions and demonstrate value
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Technology & Innovation
- Evaluate and recommend optimal technologies, platforms, and frameworks considering scalability, security, and maintainability
- Design cloud-native and hybrid solutions leveraging modern architecture patterns
- Champion best practices in code quality, testing, security, and (if any Certification) :
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Requirements
- 9+ years of overall IT experience (.Net with React/Nodejs) with at least 4 years in a Solution Architect or similar role
- Proven experience designing enterprise-level, scalable, and secure systems
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
