Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ethical Hacker role based in Hyderabad. The Ethical Hacker will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and responsibly reporting security vulnerabilities across applications, networks, and systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting penetration tests, performing vulnerability assessments, reviewing security configurations, and analyzing potential malware or malicious activity. The role involves collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to recommend remediation steps, improve security controls, and support secure design practices. The Ethical Hacker will also help maintain documentation of findings, contribute to security standards, and stay current with emerging threats, tools, and best practices in cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Cybersecurity and Vulnerability Assessment skills for identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing security risks.
- Candidates should possess Network Security and Application Security skills for securing infrastructure, services, and software across the technology stack.
- Candidates should possess Malware Analysis skills for investigating suspicious files, understanding attack behavior, and supporting incident response.
- Experience with penetration testing tools, SIEM platforms, and common attack frameworks (e.g., OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK) is beneficial.
- Solid understanding of operating systems (Linux, Windows), networking concepts, and secure coding principles is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or similar are an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain high ethical standards in all security testing activities.
