Role & Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centric web and mobile interfaces Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive user experiences Design clean, modern, and accessible user interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design decisions Create user personas, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products Ensure design consistency across platforms and maintain design system standards Stay updated with current design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies Contribute to the brand's digital presence and help elevate visual storytelling Who Can Apply? Students or recent graduates in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related fields Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and responsive design Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Ability to present design ideas clearly and incorporate constructive feedback A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (academic or personal) Good communication and collaboration skills Passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and visually appealing designs Why Join Ethical Den?
