Position: Ethernet Stack Development
Location: Coimbatore
Description
- Analyze customer requirements or specification proposal.
- Software design, Object-oriented thinking, design and implementation for customer specification.
- Implementation or configuration of IP stack to meet the functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of Layer2 Ethernet switch configuration and its working principle.
- Analyze timing requirements and Start-up optimization of the stack.
- Validating the AVB software stack against AVB guidelines.
- Follow company development and quality processes like SAFe Agile, ASPICE.
Skill Set
- Hands-on experience in Programming Languages (Proficient in C++; Knowledge in C - preferable).
- Experience and deep understanding of TCP/IP protocol/stack functional behaviour.
- Experience in Multi-threading and synchronization techniques.
- Experience in Automotive Ethernet domain and Ethernet protocol like IEEE 802.3u, IEEE 802.3ab.
- Experience in configuring and validating the AVB stack.
- Knowledge in AVB protocols (IEEE 802.1AS).
- Experience in Network tools/utilities usage like tcpdump, wireshark.
- Experience in operating systems, like QNX and Linux.
- Experienced in Design/Architecture Tools like EA.
- Strong technical skills preferably in automotive domain.
- Know-how and understanding of SAFe/Agile Development.
- Logical, Analytical and Debugging/Problem-Solving skills (in TCP/IP communication).
