Ø Develop and implement HR policies, compensation structures, and benefits programs aligned with company objectives. Ø Manage administrative functions, including office infrastructure, vendor management, and compliance with labor laws. Ø Drive talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the hiring of top talent for fintech and wealth management roles. Ø Implement employee engagement programs, career development initiatives, and training sessions. Ø Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace policies, and company standards. Ø Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking for accurate reporting. Ø Act as a bridge between management and employees, handling grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Ø Optimize operational efficiency by streamlining administrative processes and leveraging HR tech tools.
