JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manpower Planning and preparing job description of different type of manpower required. Building network for sourcing desired manpower. Scheduling interviews of candidates at location with companies. Daily Scheduling interview for desired vacancies. Daily attendance monitoring of employees in multiple shifts & submitting report daily. New joinee induction document-kit and scanning of documents for soft copy records Supporting employees for on-boarding process-Aadhaar card, pan card, bank a/c opening Employee's training about company, products & working to new employees. Employee's support in local compliances-PF, ESIC, Accident or Support cases. Employee's Biometric registration & support Visiting companies sites and offices for billing and payment related issues. Coordinating with Banks for Payment related issues. Creating mis reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis Supporting HR Team in handling compliance cases for that respective locations. Ensuring timely payment collection of all invoices, salaries, reimbursement and service charges from clients. Serve as a link between management, customers and employees by handling questions. Purchase & maintain registers onsite required under Contract labour Act.
