About the role

The AWS Training ISR Project Manager leads our AWS Training program and will be front and center in assuring success of this program through this dynamic, iterative, customer-facing position. The role is responsible for managing and updating the following areas: 1) AWS Training SOPs. 2) AWS Partner Central Portal. 3) AWS Marketplace and ACE (Salesforce.com). 4) Setting up marketing outreach (eMail, social & phone) campaigns. 5) Processing AWS Training orders for AO and PO. 6) Managing internal support and communications with AWS Training Partner Team. AWS Training Orders include Skill Builder, and will grow as the AWS Training ISR Project Manager successfully processes 20 deals a month. Monthly deals include both partner originated (PO) as well as AWS Training originated (AO) opportunities. Global Work Pros streamlines the AWS Marketplace process for both PO and AO customers. EXPECTATIONS: This candidate must be outcome and results oriented with an ownership mindset to meet and exceed sales targets in an extremely self-managed, faced-paced, metrics centered, goal-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-lingual communication skills with English required. Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales: · Qualify inbound leads generated by AWS Training & AWS/ GWP Marketing · Create and convert sales opportunities by mastering the following: o Discovery calls with prospects to better understand training needs. o Conduct product demos and introduce solution. o Provide offers via AWS Marketplace to close and process orders. · Follow up on leads and inquiries (SLA) in a timely and professional manner. · Conduct proactive outbound outreach (phone calls, emails, social media) to identify and qualify leads and new business opportunities. · Develop and maintain pipeline of qualified leads and prospects to new deals · Develop sales strategies, create proposals, and process orders. · Work closely with the AWS Training Partner Organization on reporting and SOPs. · Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). · Present weekly activity and outcome report to GWP and AWS in 30 min meeting. · Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals, including calls, meetings, demos, close rate, and revenue targets. Project Management: · Develop SOPs and sales strategies to improve close rates & acquire new clients · Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and professional growth. · Generate Partner Originated (PO) leads by Marketing & Biz Dev campaigns. · Respond and Process AWS Originated (PO) leads by AWS sales resources · Manage AWS applications (Partner Central, ACE CRM, and Marketplace) · Collaborate with GWP, AWS, and Partners on streamlining and improving SOPs · Maintain accurate records of client interactions and key account metrics using CRM (HubSpot or SF.com) · 100% accountable for lead management, creation, conversion, and revenue. · Manage AWS Training and Partner communications, reporting, and meetings. · Identify new business channels Metrics: · Consistently complete a minimum on 5 MIs (Meaningful Interactions) per week. · Complete a minimum of 100 tasks per day. · Schedule, attend, and follow up with all meetings throughout the day. · Secure 20+ PO and AO deals per month (5 per week) · Assess outcomes and data insights to improve lead generation campaigns · Regularly report strategies to improve sales progress, pipeline health, and key metrics to AWS and GWP leadership.
