Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, IT, etc.), Computer Science, Energy Management, or Business Administration.
Strong academic understanding or internship experience in data analysis, business processes, or IT systems.
Basic knowledge of the energy and utility domain or a strong interest in learning.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
