Upselling and Cross-Selling: Recommend additional products or services when appropriate. Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on company offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information. Feedback Analysis: Share customer feedback with relevant teams to improve services. Documentation: Maintain logs of customer queries and prepare regular service reports.
