Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 2 to 5 years in Estimating/Takeoffs for US, UK or Ireland Projects
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction takeoffs, mainly around architectural and structural disciplines
- Strong exposure to US/UK/Ireland construction projects
- Experience with bid forms, SOWs, inclusion & exclusion sheets.
- Experience with takeoff tools like Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift or Cubit is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications & drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
