Company Description At 5D Construction, we are a construction management consultancy focused on redefining excellence in project delivery. We specialize in services such as pre-construction planning, cost management and estimating, project management, scheduling, and quality control.
Role Description The Estimator is a full-time remote role responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects across all phases. accuracy, transparency, and client service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in cost estimating, quantity take-offs, and budget preparation for construction projects.
- Proficiency with estimating and softwares such a revu bluebeam, planswift etc.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and contracts with attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with project management teams on scheduling, feasibility analysis, and value engineering solutions.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and risk assessment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for reports, dashboards, and stakeholder coordination in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in construction consulting or project management environments; familiarity with permits, subcontract management, and quality control is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to technology-driven workflows.
- Commitment to safety, sustainability, and ethical business practices.
- salary range - 30k-60k per month
