Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer / Quantity Take-off Specialist with experience in US/UK based projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Analyze drawings for discrepancies and coordinate with design teams
• Review tender documents and identify scope requirements
• Maintain estimation databases and cost benchmarks
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and execution teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in estimation/take-off including but not limited to tile, stone, and millwork
• Strong understanding of Architectural & Interior Drawing sets
• Proficiency in tools like Planswift, Stack, AutoCAD & Revit
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and installation methods of US market.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision & able to manage multiple Projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in estimation
• Experience working with international projects
