We’re Hiring: Estimation & Proposal Engineer | Noida
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation & Proposal Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals, cost estimation, and bid documentation for industrial/projects business.
🔹 Position: Estimation & Proposal Engineer
🔹 Location: Noida
🔹 Department: Engineering / Proposal
🔹 Experience: 3–5 Years
🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Preparation of techno-commercial bid documents for self-cleaning filters, coalescers, debris filters, and related products
✅ Line sizing and pressure drop calculations
✅ Review of RFQ, tender documents, and customer specifications
✅ Preparation of process flow diagrams (PFD) and technical datasheets
✅ Coordination with internal departments for technical clarifications
✅ Cost estimation and techno-commercial proposal preparation
✅ Filling vendor registration documents and tender submissions
✅ Handling customer queries related to technical and commercial aspects
✅ Preparation of compliance sheets and supporting documents
Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of estimation & proposal preparation
✔ Understanding of process calculations and engineering documentation
✔ Experience in tender handling and bid submission
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and technical documentation
Preferred Background:
🔹 Mechanical Engineering
🔹 Experience in filtration systems, process equipment, or industrial products will be an added advantage
