Role Description
We are seeking an Estimation Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Mumbai office. The Estimation Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project plans, and coordinating with design and engineering teams to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements. Responsibilities include cost analysis, budget preparation, vendor negotiations, and identifying cost-saving measures. The role involves collaborating with multiple internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver precise and timely estimations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control related to real estate or construction projects
- Proficiency in analyzing architectural and engineering plans, contract documents, and technical specifications
- Experience in vendor and subcontractor negotiations, rate analysis, and cost optimization
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in estimation tools and software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Attention to detail and the ability to work within tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the real estate or construction sector is preferred
