Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Estimation Manager to lead cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering processes for our real estate and plotting projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, accuracy in costing, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope for accurate estimation
• Assist in tendering processes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and procurement teams
• Monitor project costs and provide variance analysis
• Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality
• Maintain updated cost databases and rate analysis
• Support project planning with financial and technical inputs
Requirements:
• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 7–10 years of experience in estimation (real estate/construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and tendering processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and ERP systems
• Experience in commercial and plotting projects is an advantage
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Preference will be given to candidates currently working in contracting firms, tendering divisions, or EPC companies.
