Job Summary:

The role is responsible for managing estimation, budgeting, and execution planning of interior finishing and landscape works across real estate projects. The incumbent will ensure accurate cost estimation, quality control, and timely execution aligned with project timelines and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Estimation & Costing

* Prepare detailed BOQs for interior finishing and landscape works.

* Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

* Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and project budgets.

* Assist in finalization of contractors and vendors.

* Track cost variations and manage budget control during execution.

2. Landscape Works

* Estimate and supervise hardscape and softscape works (pavers, pathways, plantations, irrigation systems, water features, etc.).

* Ensure material quality and compliance with design intent.

* Coordinate with landscape consultants and vendors.

3. Quality & Handover

* Conduct regular quality inspections.

* Ensure closure of snags before handover.

* Support CRM during final possession stage.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture.

* 5–10 years of experience in real estate projects (with strong exposure to finishing & estimation).

* Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software preferred
