Location: Ernakulam & Trivandrum
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with strong experience in Construction to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will handle estimation, costing, and quantity-related responsibilities across project stages and ensure accurate tracking of materials and budgets.
Qualifications
- BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3–6 years of experience in the construction industry (site or office role)
- Strong knowledge of drawings, quantity take-off, and rate analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Study and interpret architectural/structural drawings and calculate stage-wise quantities for substructure, superstructure, finishes, etc.
- Prepare detailed estimates, rate analyses, and material requirement lists; regularly update and maintain market price databases.
- Prepare work orders and project budgets based on initial and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Track purchases and receipts; coordinate monthly reconciliations between site and office.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports and comparisons between estimated and actual quantities/costs.
- Support in resolving quantity and billing-related disputes through proper documentation and analysis.
