Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Estimation Engineer Intern to support our ELV (Extra Low
Voltage) and BMS (Building Management System) projects. The intern will assist in
preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and techno-commercial proposals for
building automation and ELV systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for ELV and BMS projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
•Perform quantity take-offs for:
- CCTV Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Public Address Systems
- Structured Cabling Systems
Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Prepare BOQs and material quantity calculations.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams.
• Maintain estimation records and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and cost analysis reports.
Qualifications
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics
Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE),
Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of ELV systems and building automation concepts.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and system layouts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, ACS, Fire Alarm, PA, Structured Cabling).
• Basic understanding of BMS architecture and protocols.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
