Role Description
Reliable Hub's Engineering (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a full-time Estimation Engineer specializing in interior fit-out projects to join our on-site team at Ulhasnagar. The primary responsibilities of the role include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), analyzing project costs, and ensuring accurate project estimation. The Estimation Engineer will also collaborate with stakeholders, conduct technical research, and manage negotiations to prepare competitive project budgets and proposals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing BOQs and performing detailed Project Estimation
- Strong background in Civil Engineering, with knowledge of design and construction practices
- Proven ability in Negotiation to secure optimal solutions and project agreements
- Excellent Research skills for gathering and evaluating project-related data
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in relevant software for project estimation and reporting
- Prior experience in interior fit-out projects is preferred
