Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Estimation Engineers to prepare accurate cost estimates
and technical proposals. The role involves analyzing tender documents, coordinating
with internal teams, and supporting client interactions to ensure competitive and
precise bids.

Key Responsibilities

 Analyze customer inquiries, tender documents, and technical specifications.
 Prepare detailed cost estimates and develop/update Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
 Coordinate with sales, design, and procurement teams.
 Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
 Create technical submittals and proposal documentation.
 Maintain estimation databases, rate sheets, and historical project costing
records.
 Support client meetings, site visits, and pre-bid clarifications.
 Track and monitor estimation outcomes for continuous improvement.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related discipline.
 3–5 years of experience in estimation, costing, or tendering within
engineering/manufacturing industries.
 Strong knowledge of BoQ preparation, vendor management, and cost analysis.
 Excellent communication and coordination skills.
 Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software/tools.
 Ability to work under tight timelines with high attention to detail.
